No. Guests scan your QR code and upload through their normal phone browser. They do not need to install an app or create an account.

Yes. WedSnap supports common photo formats and supported short video formats through the same mobile uploader.

Yes. Guests can select large groups of files. WedSnap divides larger selections into safer browser-side batches and uploads them sequentially.

Yes. The complete gallery is available through the authenticated couple account. Guest uploaders do not gain access to the couple gallery.

Yes. Names and messages are optional. When supplied, the couple gallery groups those files under the uploader’s name and displays their message.

No. WedSnap is designed to complement professional wedding photography by collecting informal guest perspectives, short videos and moments happening elsewhere.

Your couple dashboard provides a printable QR poster. You can display it around the venue so guests can scan and upload.

You can download individual files from the gallery. For the full gallery, WedSnap prepares a private ZIP in the background and emails a secure download link.

A secure full-gallery ZIP link remains available for 48 hours after it has been prepared.

The gallery remains available until 21 days after the wedding date entered in the couple account. A reminder is sent before expiry.

The standard WedSnap wedding gallery costs £29.99 as a one-off payment. There is no recurring subscription.
